Formal engagements are defined through specific Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW). Project timelines and deliverables depend on mutual cooperation and timely asset submissions.

Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. Final project handovers and repository access transfers occur following settlement of outstanding milestone invoices.

While Kraftarc builds resilient software solutions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access caused by downstream cloud infrastructure providers or third-party API dependencies.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business data, trade secrets, and codebase configurations shared during the project lifecycle.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
